What's Included:
The course includes 6 video modules released weekly that will help you heal your relationship with your body. The videos are designed to help you examine how you currently feel about your body, as well as work through specific exercises and activities that will heal your relationship with your body. You will also be able to access tools and techniques that you can start using right away and take with you. This program also includes monthly group coaching calls and lifetime access to the program so that you can revisit the exercises and resources whenever you may need to.

Learn how comparison and fear of judgment affect your body image and how setting boundaries and unpacking body shame can create a much happier relationship with your body.

MONTHLY COACHING
Put the strategies you learn into practice during group coaching sessions. This is a safe place where everyone is working on their own body image journey.
Before each group session, you’ll get a journaling prompt. This will help your thoughts flow. Then when you come to the session, you’ll be ready to share what came up for you. Most students find it powerful to learn that others are having similar struggles and hear the creative ways they are showing up for themselves amongst the chaos of their lives. This will also be an opportunity to ask questions or get recommendations for anything you are struggling with.
